Françoise Han
Françoise Han is originally from France, where she completed a law degree. After moving to the US in 1971, however, she changed course and went to art school to study textiles and printmaking. Han rediscovered her love for making art and began working with clay after running a successful business as an antiquarian print dealer for many years. Using different surface decoration techniques like sgraffito and slip trailing, Han focuses on creating pieces that are beautiful and functional.
