Allison Glick received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Artisanry/Ceramics from the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth in 2012. She is now a full-time potter with a studio, Allison Glick Ceramics, in Wakefield, Mass.
Glick makes a line of functional pottery on the potter’s wheel exclusively with porcelain clay. The smooth, white clay acts as a perfect canvas for her distinctive hand-painted patterns. She mixes her glazes from food safe ingredients and her pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe.
Glick’s goal is to create artwork of the highest quality possible that will be used and enjoyed in people’s everyday lives.
