The Green Show

The Green Show past exhibition

The show is built around "green" as a concept. While green often symbolizes natural life and the arrival of spring, it can also represent a magical atmosphere and state of mind, an escape from our "sidewalk society" to a natural Eden where we encounter the peace of our dreams and overcome the fears of our past. The exhibit features the paintings, drawings, photographs, and mixed media works of nineteen artists: Adele Travisano (Medford), Jim Fesler (Lexington), Christina Richards (New York), Iris Osterman (Lincoln), Michael Seif (Watertown), Fran Forman (Watertown) , Patricia Saunders (Medford), Soh H. Tan Kalloch (Malden), Nadine Boughton (Medford), Joan McCandlish (Medford), John Schneider (Somerville), Jim Jackson (Cambridge), M. Steve McCauley (Malden), Tim Barner (Medford), Tamara Major (Medford), Carolyn Dinsmoor (Medford), Amy McGregor-Radin (Newton), Jonathan Donahue (Medford), Girasole (Cambridge), and Lisa Tang Liu (Medford).
